摘　　要：阐述了新研发的20 kN·m立式高准确度液压扭矩扳手计量装置,详细介绍了其工作结构、原理等特点和数据采集及控制方式。首创借用静压轴承的油膜承载力消除液压扭矩扳手输出切向力的方案,具有准确度高、稳定性好等特点。A set of 20 kN·m Hydraulic torque wrench vertical type with high accuracy developed details concerning the working structure and principle,the system of data acquisition and control.The oil slick from hydrostatic bearing were used firstly to bear the weight of pressure for eliminate the radial force output on Hydraulic torque wrench.it has high accuracy and well stability.
