摘 要:为了综合评价紫花苜蓿杂交组合农艺、产量与品质性状,试验以16个优良紫花苜蓿为父本、以雄性不育系MS-JN为母本培育了16个杂交组合(M01~M16),采用方差分析、聚类分析、相关性分析和灰色关联分析相结合的方法,对杂交组合材料的主要农艺性状指标(叶长、叶宽、株高、分枝数、单株鲜重、单株干重、鲜干比)和品质性状指标(粗脂肪、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、水分、干物质、灰分、粗蛋白、叶茎比)进行综合评价,计算等权关联度和加权关联度。结果表明:16个紫花苜蓿杂交组合的各农艺、产量和品质性状指标间存在不同的差异,对农艺性状与草产量性状进行聚类分析,M01(新星)为第Ⅰ类;对品质性状进行聚类分析,M14(骑士T)和M13(可汗)为第Ⅰ类。株高、分枝数与单株鲜重和单株干重呈显著或极显著正相关(P≤0.05或P≤0.01)。M10(佰牧401)的相对饲喂价值为190.83,饲料分级指数为20.42,均较高,综合表现较好。M02(康赛Ⅰ)的等权关联度和加权关联度均最高,各性状综合表现突出。说明株高和分枝数可作为培育高产紫花苜蓿的重要参考指标,M02(康赛Ⅰ)可作为优异种子资源材料用于选育紫花苜蓿新品种。In order to comprehensively evaluate the agronomy,yield,and quality traits of alfalfa hybrid combination,16 hybrid combinations(M01-M16) of 16 excellent male and male sterile line MS-JN as maternal parents of alfalfa were cultivated,the main agronomic traits(leaf length,leaf width,plant height,number of branches,fresh weight per plant,dry weight per plant,fresh-to-dry ratio) and quality traits(crude fat,crude fiber,neutral wash fiber,acid wash fiber,moisture,dry matter,ash,crude protein,leaf-to-stem ratio) of the hybrid materials were evaluated comprehensively by the combined methods of variance analysis,cluster analysis,correlation analysis and grey correlation analysis.The results showed that there were differences in agronomy,yield,traits and quality traits among 16 alfalfa hybrid combinations.The cluster analysis of grass agronomic traits,yield traits showed that M01(New Star) was classified as class Ⅰ.By cluster analysis of quality traits,M14(Knight T) and M13(Khan) were classified as class Ⅰ.Plant height and number of branches were positively correlated with fresh weight per plant and dry weight per plant(P≤0.05 or P≤0.01).The relative feeding value of M10(Bai Mu 401) was 190.83 and the feed grading index was 20.42,both of which were high.The comprehensive performance was also good.M02(Cansai Ⅰ) had the highest equal and weighted correlation,and the comprehensive performance of various characters was outstanding.These results indicated that the plant height and number of branches could be used as important indexes for breeding alfalfa with high yield.M02(Kansai Ⅰ) showed outstanding comprehensive performance and could be used as excellent seed resource material for breeding new alfalfa varieties.
