坤泰胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察坤泰胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月—2022年8月广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各50例。对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予坤泰胶囊治疗,3个疗程后比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后性激素[黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、促卵泡激素(FSH)]水平、中医证候评分及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的74.00%(χ^(2)=7.441,P=0.006);治疗3个疗程后,2组LH、T、FSH水平及经行先期、量少色红、五心烦热、咽干口渴、头晕心悸、腰酸腿软评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组与对照组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(8.00%vs.6.00%,P=1.000)。结论坤泰胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果肯定,能改善患者性激素水平,改善临床症状,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kuntai capsules combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Shunde Women and Children′s Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group with 50 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets,and the study group was treated with Kuntai capsules on the basis of the control group.After 3 courses of treatment,the clinical effect,the levels of sex hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)],TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,which was higher than 74.00%of the control group(χ^(2)=7.441,P=0.006).After 3 courses of treatment,LH,T,FSH levels and the scores of advance menstruation,low volume red color,dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,dry throat and thirst,dizziness and palpitation,aching lumbus and limp legs in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(8.00%vs.6.00%,P=1.000).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablet is effective in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,which can improve the level of sex hormones,improve clinical symptoms,high safety.
