基于NF-κB通路研究中药复方治疗慢性肾脏病用药规律

摘　　要：目的利用数据挖掘技术,整理基于调控核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)通路中药复方治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)的相关文献,分析该通路中药用药的特点与规律。方法通过中国知网数据库检索基于NF-κB通路研究中药复方治疗CKD的相关文献,将涉及的中药复方及相关数据录入数据库,分析用药频次、四气五味、归经、药物组合、配伍规律及新方分析等。结果共纳入中药复方62首,涉及中药134味,其中应用频次最高的中药为黄芪;排名前5位的归经分别为肝经、脾经、肾经、肺经、心经;排名前3位的药味为甘(36.26%)、苦(29.60%)、辛(16.00%);药性排名从高到低为温、寒、平、热、凉;黄芪—大黄关联性最强;得出新方组合4首。结论基于NF-κB通路中药复方治疗CKD以益气活血、清热解毒药物为主,辅以健脾渗湿、养血活血、滋补肝肾。Objective To utilize data mining techniques to collate relevant literature on the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions based on the NF-κB pathway,and analyze the characteristics and patterns of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in this pathway.Methods The database of CNKI was retrieved based on NF-κB pathway studies the relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of CKD,entered the involved traditional Chinese medicine compound and relevant data into the database,and analyzed the medication frequency,four qi and five flavor,meridian tropism,drug combination,compatibility law and new prescription analysis.Results A total of 62 traditional Chinese medicine compounds were included,involving 134 traditional Chinese medicines,of which Huangqi was the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine.The top five meridians were liver meridians,spleen meridians,kidney meridians,lung meridians,and heart meridians.The top three herbs were sweet(36.26%),bitter(29.60%),and pungent(16.00%).The ranking of drug properties from high to low was warm,cold,flat,hot and cool.Huangqi and Dahuang had the strongest correlation.Four new combinations were obtained.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine compound based on NF-κB pathway is mainly used to treat CKD by invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation,clearing away heat and detoxifying drugs,supplemented by invigorating spleen and dampness,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,and nourishing liver and kidney.
