摘　　要：目的 观察根痛平颗粒联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗经皮腰椎内镜术后神经根水肿反应的临床效果。方法 选取2017年9月—2020年9月于沧州市中心医院脊柱外一科行经皮腰椎内镜手术术后出现单侧神经根水肿反应的患者40例。依据随机数字表法分为试验组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。对照组给予普瑞巴林胶囊治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予根痛平颗粒治疗,2组疗程均为2周。比较2组治疗效果、症状改善时间,治疗前及治疗后1、3、6周视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)变化,以及不良反应。结果 试验组优良率为95.00%,高于对照组的65.00%(χ^(2)=3.906,P=0.048);试验组症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后1、3、6周,2组VAS、ODI评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组治疗期间均无药物相关不良反应发生。结论 根痛平颗粒联合普瑞巴林胶囊可有效治疗经皮腰椎内镜术后神经根水肿反应,且临床效果优于单纯普瑞巴林治疗,可有效改善相关症状及腰椎功能障碍,促进患者术后快速康复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gentongping granule combined with pregabalin capsule in the treatment of nerve root edema reaction after percutaneous lumbar endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 40 patients with unilateral nerve root edema reaction after percutaneous lumbar endoscopic surgery in the Spinal Surgery Department of Cangzhou Central Hospital from September 2017 to September 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=20)and control group(n=20)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with pregabalin capsule,and the experimental group was treated with Gentongping granule on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in two groups were 2 weeks.The treatment effect,symptom improvement time,changes of visual analogue scale(VAS)score and oswestry disability index(ODI)before treatment and 1,3 and 6 weeks after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate in the experimental group was 95.00%,higher than 65.00%of the control group(χ^(2)=3.906,P=0.048).Symptom improvement time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).At 1,3 and 6 weeks after treatment,VAS and ODI scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.01).No drug-related adverse reactions occurred in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Gentongping granule combined with pregabalin capsule can effectively treat nerve root edema reaction after percutaneous lumbar endoscopic surgery,and the clinical effect is better than that of pregabalin alone,which can effectively improve related symptoms and lumbar dysfunction,and promote rapid postoperative recovery of patients.
