尿毒清颗粒联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 观察尿毒清颗粒联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年8月南京市高淳人民医院收治的CRF患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。2组均应用常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予复方α-酮酸片治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予尿毒清颗粒治疗,2组均治疗8周。比较2组患者临床疗效,治疗前后炎性因子(肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白介素-6)、肾功能指标(血尿素氮、血尿酸、内生肌酐清除率、血肌酐)、免疫功能指标(免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G)、血清白蛋白水平。结果 试验组患者总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的70.00%(χ^(2)=9.090,P=0.003)。治疗8周后,2组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白介素-6、血尿素氮、血尿酸水平均低于治疗前,免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G、血清白蛋白水平均高于治疗前,且试验组低/高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗8周后,对照组患者血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率及免疫球蛋白A水平与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组患者血肌酐水平低于治疗前及对照组,内生肌酐清除率及免疫球蛋白A水平高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.01)。结论 尿毒清颗粒联合复方α-酮酸片治疗CRF的临床价值高,可积极改善患者的肾功能和免疫功能、提高血清白蛋白水平,降低炎性因子水平。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Niaoduqing granules combined with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 120 patients with CRF treated in Nanjing Gaochun People′s Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional treatment,the control group was treated with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets on the basis of conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Niaoduqing granules on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors(tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6),renal function indicators(blood urea nitrogen,blood uric acid,endogenous creatinine clearance,serum creatinine),immune function indicators(immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin G)and serum albumin levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 91.67%,which was higher than that of control group(χ^(2)=9.090,P=0.003).After 8 weeks of treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,blood urea nitrogen and blood uric acid levels in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin G and serum albumin levels were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower/higher than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After 8 weeks of treatment,there were no significant differences in serum creatinine,endogenous creatinine clearance and immunoglobulin A levels in control group compared with before treatment(P>0.05),blood creatinine levels in experimental group was lower than before treatment and control group,endogenous creatinine clearance and immunoglobulin A levels were higher than before treatment and control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Niaoduqing granules combined with compound al
