摘　　要：目的 探讨醒脾养儿颗粒联合手法推拿治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效,以及对患儿排便情况及血清胃动素、胃泌素的影响。方法 选取医院2022年1月至12月收治的小儿腹泻患儿100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患儿均予醒脾养儿颗粒,观察组患儿加用手法推拿。两组均治疗10 d。结果 观察组总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05);观察组患儿大便性状恢复时间及腹泻消失时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿中医证候积分及血清胃动素、胃泌素含量均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应发生率相当(14.00%比10.00%,P> 0.05)。结论 醒脾养儿颗粒联合手法推拿治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效显著,能明显改善患儿的排便情况,提高胃肠道功能,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the effect of Xingpi Yang'er Granules combined with manual massage on defecation and serum motilin and gastrin in children with diarrhea.Methods A total of 100 children with diarrhea from January to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Xingpi Yang'er Granules,while the patients in the study group were treated with manual massage based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 10 d.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of fecal characteristics and the disappearance time of diarrhea in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,serum motilin,and gastrin contents in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was comparable to that in the control group(14.00%vs.10.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Xingpi Yang'er Granules combined with manual massage have obvious efficacy and safety in the treatment of children with diarrhea,which can significantly improve the defecation status and gastrointestinal function of the children.
