摘 要:针对传统转体桥梁施工技术安全性、施工效率和质量不足的问题,以实际桥梁工程为研究对象,分析转体桥梁施工技术的难点,构建了基于砂箱及限位梁的临时锚固系统,并详细阐述基于“提前计算、过程控制、绝对制动”原则的防过转施工技术。结果表明,优化施工技术在实际操作中将累计用时误差控制在1min左右,考虑到实际施工机械的性能,符合预期的误差范围。优化施工技术在安全性、质量性和经济性方面具有明显的优势,能够提高施工效率和质量,缩短施工工期,并降低施工成本。In response to the problems of insufficient safety,construction efficiency,and quality in traditional rotating bridge construction technology,this study takes actual bridge engineering as the research object,analyzes the difficulties of swivel bridge construction technology,constructs a temporary anchoring system based on sand boxes and limit beams,and elaborates on the anti rotation construction technology based on the principles of"advance calculation,process control,and absolute braking".The results indicate that the optimized construction technology will control the cumulative time error within about 1 minute in actual operation,taking into account the performance of actual construction machinery and meeting the expected error range.The optimized construction technology has significant advantages in terms of safety,quality,and economy,which can improve construction efficiency and quality,shorten construction period,and reduce construction costs.
