摘　　要：通过对某工程公司多个EPC工程总承包项目安全生产标准化工作情况进行长期跟踪,对其存在的问题进行了统计和分析,发现了建设项目基层落实安全生产标准化的薄弱环节,对产生问题的原因进行了分析,探究了产生这些问题背后更深层次的原因,并从企业和EPC总承包项目两个层面提出了对策措施,以补长短板,提升EPC总承包项目安全生产标准化工作成效。In this paper,through long-termtracking of the standardization of safety production in a number of EPC projects of an engineering company,statistics and analysis of the problems found by using tools such as Pareto chart and pie chart,the weak links in the implementation of standardization of safety production at the grassroots level of construction projects are found,the causes of the problems are analyzed,the deeper reasons behind these problems are explored,and countermeasures are proposed from the enterprise and The analysis of the causes of the problems was conducted,and the deeper reasons behind these problems were explored,and countermeasures and measures were proposed at both enterprise and EPCproject levels tomake up for the shortcomings and improve the effectiveness of the standardization of production safety in EPCprojects.
