建设工程总承包项目管理中存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：对建设工程总承包项目管理中的问题,如业主与工程总承包单位的沟通不足、设计质量管理问题、进度管理问题以及合同管理问题进行了分析并提出应对措施。并结合某工程实例进行了验证分析,结果显示所提对策能够有效解决施工项目的管理初期在质量、进度、成本等方面的管理困难,从而保证整体项目的进度、质量和成本。This paper analyzes the problems in the management of the construction project,such as the lack of communication between the owner and the general contractor,the design quality management,the schedule management and the contract management,and puts forward the countermeasures.The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively solve the management difficulties in quality,schedule and cost in the initial stage of construction project management,so as to ensure the progress,quality and cost of the whole project.
