摘　　要：阐述光伏项目标段划分的惯例原则和小型光伏项目的组织结构,从专业维度和空间维度将集中式光伏项目常见的劳务分包模式及相应的组织结构抽象为组织结构模型,分析其优缺点,进一步探讨了具有普遍适用性的光伏区施工组织结构矩阵模型。This paper describes the customary principles of the division of the bid section of photovoltaic projects and the organizational structure of small photovoltaic projects.Organization structure of centralized PV project withing different labour service subcontracting modes is the focus of discussion in our paper,witch abstracting into field and space dimensionality and expounding pros and cons.Furthermore the paper explored to modifying universal matrix construction organization model.
