摘　　要：针对石油化工工艺管道安装施工中存在的管道设计与交底、管道材料管理、焊接质量、阀门安装和管道防腐等问题,论文提出加强技术交底、严格控制管道材料验收、严格控制焊接工艺和操作规程,加大阀门检查力度、采取科学的防腐处理等措施。In view ofthe problems existing in the installation and construction ofpetrochemical process pipelines,such as pipeline design and disclosure,pipeline material management,welding quality,valve installation and pipeline anti-corrosion,some measures are put forward,such as strengthening technical disclosure,strictly controlling the acceptance of pipeline materials,strictly controlling welding technology and operating procedures,strengthening valve inspection and adopting scientific anti-corrosion treatment.
