摘 要:现浇箱梁施工具备场地布置灵活、施工简便的优点,针对现浇箱梁模板支撑架设计计算是确保结构稳定性及施工质量的重要前提。论文结合云南省某山区公路桥梁工程开展碗扣式支架现浇箱梁施工关键技术分析,并且对支架在不同荷载组合作用时进行相关验算。研究结果表明,支架立杆稳定性及地基承载力均满足技术规范要求,碗扣式支架现浇施工具有良好的适用性。The cast-in-place box girder construction has the advantages of flexible site layout and simple construction.The design and calculation of the cast-in-place box girder formwork support frame is an important prerequisite to ensure the structural stability and construction quality.In this paper,the key technology analysis of cast-in-place box girder construction with bowl-buckle support is carried out in combination with a highway bridge project in a mountainous area of Yunnan Province,and the relevant checking calculation is carried out for the support under different load combinations.The research results show that the stability of the support upright and the bearing capacity of the foundation meet the requirements of the technical specifications,and the cast-in-place construction with bowl-buckle support has good applicability.
