摘 要:针对地下建筑工程变形缝渗漏水的问题,分析了变形缝防水的现状,并采用了一种三组分改性高分子密封材料。对所提出材料的防水性能和防水构造截面进行了试验,并在试验的基础上对变形缝的防水构造和渗漏治理进行了设计。结果表明,在变形缝缝宽为32 mm和52 mm且腔内水压范围在0.1~0.4 MPa时,采用三组分改性高分子密封材料的变形缝都没有出现漏水情况,并且至少可以维持2 h,证明了该材料具有良好的防水性。In view of the leakage of deformation joints in underground construction projects,the present situation of deformation joint waterproofing is studied and analyzed,and a three-component modified polymer sealing material is adopted.The waterproof performance and waterproof structure section of the proposed material are tested,and the waterproof structure and leakage treatment of deformation joints are designed on the basis of the test.The results show that when the deformation joints are 32 mm and 52 mm wide and the water pressure in the cavity ranges from0.1 MPa to 0.4 MPa,there is no water leakage in the deformation joints of the three-component modified polymer sealing material,and it can last for at least two hours,which proves that the material has good waterproof property.
