摘　　要：避难层超长悬挑楼板结构的设计和施工需要充分考虑其受力复杂、施工难度大、成本高、对抗震性能和耐久性要求高等特点,同时需做好质量和安全控制工作。基于此,论文以某超高层住宅工程项目为主要研究对象,分析了超长悬挑楼板结构的特点,详细介绍了超高层避难层超长悬挑楼板结构的施工技术要点,最终取得了良好的施工效果。The design and construction of the super long cantilever floor structure of the refuge layer need to fully consider its complex stress,high construction difficulty,high cost,and high requirements for seismic performance and durability,while also doing a good job in quality and safety control.Based on this,the article takes a super high-rise residential project as the main research object.Firstly,the characteristics of the super long cantilever floor structure are analyzed,and then the construction technical points of the super long cantilever floor structure of the super high-rise refuge layer are introduced in detail.Finally,good construction results are achieved.
