摘　　要：简要介绍了波形梁钢护栏的设计形式和设计要点,以某山岭重丘区高速公路项目为例,对其波形梁钢护栏施工中遇到的钻孔施工时间长、孔位和孔深偏差大,填石路基难以确保钻孔垂直度,成孔孔深难以合格,护栏板线形无法满足要求等问题进行原因分析,并针对性地提出波形梁钢护栏立柱放样、立柱钻孔、立柱打入、其余设施安装及细部施工中的质量控制措施。This paper briefly introduces the design form and key points of corrugated beam steel guardrail,and analyzes the reasons for the problems encountered in the construction of corrugated beam steel guardrail,such as long drilling time,large deviation of hole location and hole depth,difficulty in ensuring the verticality of the drilling of the rock-filled roadbed,difficulty in qualifying the hole depth,and failure to meet the requirements of the guardrail line plate,and puts forward the quality control measures in the column lofting,column drilling,column driving,installation of other facilities and detailed construction of corrugated beam steel guardrail.
