摘  要:为改善低活性粉煤灰的使用性能,加强路面基层施工质量控制,采用石灰∶粉煤灰=25∶75的比例制备石灰稳定粉煤灰混合料,采用石灰∶粉煤灰∶集料=5∶20∶75的比例制备二灰稳定碎石混合料,通过击实试验研究不同外掺剂对混合料7 d无侧限抗压强度的影响。结果表明,碳酸钠对石灰稳定粉煤灰强度的影响效果最好,碳酸钠掺加量为2%时,混合料最佳含水量为22.26%,最大干密度为1.311 g/cm3。同时,论文还探讨了低活性粉煤灰用于路面基层的施工工艺,旨在加强对基层施工中各环节的把控,提高公路工程施工水平和质量。In order to improve the performance of low-activity fly ash and enhance the quality control of pavement base construction,the lime stabilized fly ash mixture was prepared by using the ratio of lime∶fly ash=25∶75,and the proportion of lime∶fly ash∶aggregate=5∶20∶75 was used to prepare the two-ash stabilized crushed stone mixture.The effect of different additives on the seven-day unconfined compressive strength of the mixture was studied by compaction test.The results show that the effect of sodium carbonate on the strength of lime-stabilized fly ash is the best.When the addition of sodium carbonate is 2%,the optimal water content of the mixture is 22.26%and the maximum dry density is 1.311 g/cm~3.At the same time,the paper also discusses the construction technology of low activity fly ash used in the base of pavement,aiming at strengthening the control of each link in the base construction and improving the construction level and quality of highway engineering.
