摘　　要：针对装配式建筑叠合板施工中事中质量控制的问题,研究以蔡家组团L项目为例,提出了一种新的质量控制算法,应用DMAIC流程对20块叠合板进行了抽查和实验研究。通过详细的施工质量抽查和力学性能、耐久性等试验测定,全面观察了质量的变化。结果表明,在改善前,叠合板存在明显的漏浆问题,改善后漏浆数量显著减少,验证了改进措施的成效。In order to solve the problem of quality control in the construction of composite boards of prefabricated buildings,a new quality control algorithm is proposed by taking the L project of Caijia Group as an example.The quality changes are observed comprehensively through detailed inspection of construction quality and testing of mechanical properties and durability.The results show that there is obvious problem of slurry leakage before the improvement,and the amount of slurry leakage decreases significantly after the improvement,which verifies the effectiveness of the improvement measures.
