摘  要:阐述了房屋建筑工程基础工程质量控制措施的重要性,为加强房屋建筑基础工程的质量,提高房屋的稳定性和安全性,对基坑开挖坡度、超挖、回填压实度,以及桩基础桩身断裂、桩位偏差、钢筋笼上浮等质量问题及其处理办法进行深入研究,旨在通过采取科学合理的质量控制措施,确保基坑开挖支护和桩基础的稳定性、安全性。This paper expounds the importance of quality control measures for foundation engineering of building construction.In order to strengthen the quality of foundation engineering of building construction and improve the stability and safety of building,in-depth research is carried out on the treatment of quality problems such as excavation slope,overexcavation,backfill compaction degree of foundation pit,as well as the fracture of pile foundation,the deviation of pile position and the floating of steel cage.The aim is to ensure the stability and safety of excavation support and pile foundation by taking scientific and reasonable quality control measures.
