摘 要:目的探讨智能管理软件及改良药品盒在急救药品及物品管理中的应用效果,为临床急救工作提供便利。方法采用类实验研究方法。2021年7月在平湖市第一人民医院成立研发小组,开发智能管理软件,改良设计抢救车药品盒。2021年10月开始试用,主要用于急救药械的管理。比较智能管理软件和改良药品盒使用前后抢救车管理质量、护士清点急救药品物品的时间、从抢救车内取用药品及物品的时间、护士对智能管理软件及改良药品盒的满意度。结果智能管理软件使用后抢救车的管理质量明显提高,抢救车的急救器械完好率、基数符合率、效期管理正确率、近效期标识正确率分别由使用前的92.50%(74/80)、87.50%(70/80)、81.25%(65/80)、93.75%(75/80)均提高到100.00%(80/80),交接规范率由使用前的87.50%(70/80)提高到97.50%(78/80),差异均有统计学意义(χ2值为5.16~16.55,均P<0.05);使用后急救药品、物品无过期,但使用前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。智能管理软件及改良药品盒使用后,护士清点急救药品及物品的时间、从抢救车内取用药品及物品的时间分别为(12.39±3.20)min、(2.60±0.70)s,较使用前(34.62±29.37)min、(10.00±2.54)s缩短,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.52、33.40,均P<0.05)。护士对智能管理软件和改良药品盒的总体满意度为99.83%(1732/1735)。结论智能管理软件联合改良药品盒能有效提高急救药品及物品的规范管理,提高护士的工作效率,值得在基层医院推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent management software and improved drug boxes in the management of emergency drugs and articles,and provide convenience for clinical emergency work.MethodsThis was a quasi-experimental study.In July 2021,a research and development team was set up in the First People′s Hospital of Pinghu to develop intelligent management software and design emergency vehicle drug boxes.The application began in October 2021,mainly for the management of emergency drugs and medical equipment.The management quality indexes of emergency vehicle,the time nurses checked emergency medical items,the time nurses took medicines from the emergency vehicle,and the satisfaction of nurses to the intelligent management software and the improved drug boxes were compared before and after the use of the intelligent management software and the improved drug boxes.ResultsThe management quality of rescue vehicles had been significantly improved by the use of intelligent management software.The perfect rate of first aid equipment,the coincidence rate of base,the correct rate of effective period management and the correct rate of near effective period identification were increased from 92.50%(74/80),87.50%(70/80),81.25%(65/80),93.75%(75/80)before use to 100.00%(80/80)after use,respectively,the handover norm rate was increased from 87.50%(70/80)to 97.50%(78/80)and the differences were statistically significant(χ2 values were 5.16-16.55,all P<0.05).Emergency drugs and articles had not expired after use,but the difference was not statistically significant compared with that before use(P>0.05).After the use of intelligent management software and improved drug boxes,the time for nurses to count first aid drugs and the time for taking drugs from the rescue car were(12.39±3.20)min and(2.60±0.70)s,respectively,which were significantly shortened compared with(34.62±29.37)min and(10.00±2.54)s before use,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.52,33.40,both P<0.05).The overall satisfacti
