摘  要:以一艘13.7万立方米的浮式储存和再气化装置(FSRU)多点系泊设备基座为例,基于英国劳氏船级社(LR)规范,以系泊分析中各缆绳疲劳载荷作为输入,采用SESAM GENIE软件进行有限元计算得到10 kN疲劳载荷作用下的热点应力范围,通过线性换算得到其他载荷作用下的热点应力范围。基于S-N曲线疲劳损伤公式,并考虑作业海域各海况发生概率,利用Miner线性疲劳累积方法得到使用年限内各热点的疲劳累积损伤值。结果表明,各系泊设备基座疲劳寿命满足要求,疲劳累积损伤较大值位于连接首尾横缆的系泊设备基座。该方法对于浮式海洋结构的多点系泊设备基座疲劳寿命计算具有参考意义。Taking spread mooring equipment foundation of a 137000 m3 floating storage regasification unit(FSRU)as an example,based on LR class rule,the fatigue loads of each mooring line in the mooring analysis are used as input.The hot spot stress range is calculated by finite element analysis of SESAM GENIE based on input load 10 kN,and the hot spot stress range under other loads is obtained through linear conversion.Based on the S-N curve fatigue damage formula,and considering the probability of each sea state in the operating sea area,the Miner linear fatigue accumulation method is used to obtain the fatigue accumulation damage of each hot spot in the service life.The results show that the fatigue life of each mooring equipment foundation meets the requirements,and large fatigue accumulation damage is located at foundation connected with fore and aft breast line.This method can be used as reference for fatigue life calculation of spread mooring equipment foundation of floating marine structures.
