摘  要:近年来,我国临床试验发展迅速,研究数量和质量均有了长足进步,但仍面临着受试者招募困难、数据收集难度大和临床监查成本高等挑战。2023年,浙江医院借助人工智能与数字化技术构建了数字化智能临床研究系统,通过智能化的患者筛选、自动化的数据录入和远程的数据监查,显著提高了临床试验的工作效率和数据准确性,同时降低了研究成本;但在受试者筛选准确性、数据脱敏处理和系统兼容性等方面仍存在不足,有待进一步完善。该系统为临床研究管理提供了新的解决方案,可供其他机构借鉴和参考。In recent years,clinical trials in China have developed rapidly,with significant improvements in both the quantity and quality of research.However,challenges such as difficulties in participant recruitment,data collection,and high monitoring costs remain.In 2023,Zhejiang Hospital leveraged artificial intelligence and digital technologies to develop a digital intelligent clinical research system.This system significantly enhanced the efficiency of clinical trials and the accuracy of data through intelligent participant screening,automated data entry,and remote data monitoring,while also reduced research costs.Nevertheless,there are still shortcomings in the accuracy of participant screening,data de-identification processing,and system compatibility that need further improvement.This system could provide a new solution for clinical research management and serve as a reference for other institutions.
