摘　　要：病理诊断对疾病诊断和治疗具有重要意义。2023年1月,某大型公立医院构建了远程病理会诊服务平台,该平台在互联网医院架构的基础上,搭建了远程病理会诊服务的用户端、应用层、数据服务层和业务集成层,以及病理质控体系和患者隐私安全保护体系。远程病理会诊服务流程主要包括会诊前、会诊中和会诊后3个环节,涉及挂号、开具处方、标本邮寄和会诊等多个线上、线下操作节点,远程病理会诊服务平台的患者端和医师端能随时追踪服务状态。截至2023年7月,该平台已完成128例患者的病理会诊服务,服务已辐射到多个省份,有效降低了病理诊断成本,拓展了互联网医院的业务范围,以及提高了病理会诊服务的可及性,可为其他医疗机构推进远程病理服务发展提供参考。Pathology diagnosis is of great significance to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.In January 2023,a large public hospital built a telepathological consultation service platform.On the basis of the Internet hospital architecture,the platform built a telepathological consultation service client,application layer,data service layer and business integration layer,as well as a pathology quality control system and patient privacy security protection system.The telepathological consultation service process mainly included three stages:pre consultation,consultation,and post consultation,involving multiple online and offline operation nodes such as registration,prescription issuance,specimen mailing,and consultation.The patient and physician ends of the telepathological consultation service platform could track the service status at any time.As of July 2023,the platform had completed the pathological consultation service for 128 patients from different provinces.This service effectively reduced the cost of pathological diagnosis,expanded the business scope of Internet hospitals,and improved the accessibility of pathological consultation services,which provided references for other medical institutions to promote the development of telepathological services.
