“生长的城市”动态城市设计方法研究——以辽东湾10年设计实践为例

摘　　要：基于当代城市生长的动态语境,立足于自然、城市与文化维度的共生关系,从宏观、中观和微观3个层面进行辽东湾新区动态城市设计探索。动态城市设计以自然地形、基础设施和场所建筑作为可生长的载体和媒介,把“流”“形”和“场”作为设计操作的适应性设计要素,“融”“控”“编”穿越其间的动态形式和关系事件,生成极具内聚力的动态设计框架和结构张力的弹性系统;提出以过程的时空构建整体空间形态、以关联的促进形成空间结构肌理和以交互的指引来塑造城市空间的场所精神。Based on thedynamiccontext of contemporaryurban growth and the symbiotic relationship in urban,natural andcultural dimensions,this paper explores thedynamic urban design of Liaodong Bay New Area at the macro,meso and micro levels.Using natural terrain,infrastructure,and public space as growable carriers and media,the dynamic urban design generates dynamic design ideas with strong cohesion and resilient control system of structural tension to be integrated into urban design methods,considering"flow","form"and"field"as the adaptive elements for design,and taking integration,control,and editing as dynamic forms and relational events.It proposes to construct the overall spatial form through the spatiotemporal process,to promote the formation of spatial structure and texture through association,and to shape the spirit of spatial places by interactive guidance.
