摘  要:以叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2-乙基己酯为交联剂,三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯为助交联剂,硅烷偶联剂KH-570为偶联剂,采用熔融共混法制备了乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)/氯化聚乙烯(CPE)共混物,经模压固化得到EVA/CPE改性胶膜并进行表征。结果表明:CPE质量分数为25%时,改性胶膜的熔点较纯EVA稍有下降,拉伸强度也略有降低;共混物的熔体流动速率为16.1 g/10 min,胶膜的交联度为90.2%,胶膜与聚氟乙烯复合膜的剥离强度在100 N/cm以上,符合太阳电池组件封装材料的基本要求。Ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)/chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)blend was prepared via melt blending with tert butyl peroxide carbonate-2-ethylhexyl acrylate as the crosslinking agent,triallyl isocyanurate as auxiliary crosslinking agent and KH-570 as coupling agent.It was molded and cured to obtain the modified EVA/CPE film which was characterized.The results show that when the mass fraction of CPE is 25%,the melting point of the modified film is slightly lower than that of pure EVA,and the tensile strength of the film is also slightly reduced.The melt flow rate of the blend is 16.1 g/10 min,the crosslinking degree of the film is 90.2%,and the peel strength between the film and polyvinyl fluoride composite film is above 100 N/cm,all of which meet the basic requirements of packaging materials for solar cell modules.
