摘 要:将多巴胺单体在纳米TiO_(2)粒子表面聚合,形成TiO_(2)-聚多巴胺(PDA)核壳结构,与硅胶(SR)共混制备了TiO_(2)-PDA/SR复合材料,并研究了其结构与性能。结果表明:使用多巴胺单体增加了TiO_(2)的分散性与相容性;PDA包覆的TiO_(2)粒子分散性明显提升,形成了较为清晰的核壳结构;PDA稳定且牢固地自聚在纳米TiO_(2)粒子外层,不易脱落;TiO_(2)-PDA/SR复合材料的起始分解温度从450.44℃提升到468.01℃,复合材料微观形貌呈海-岛结构。The dopamine monomers were polymerized on the surface of nano-titanium dioxide particles to form TiO_(2)-polydopamine(PDA)core-shell structure which was blended with silicon rubber(SR)to prepare TiO_(2)-PDA/SR composites,whose structure and properties were observed.The results show that the introduction of dopamine monomer increases the dispersion and compatibility of TiO_(2).The dispersion of TiO_(2)particle coated with PDA is significantly improved,a relatively clear core-shell structure is formed.PDA is stably and firmly self-polymerized on the outer layer of nano-TiO_(2)particle,which is not easy to fall off.The initial decomposition temperature of TiO_(2)-PDA/SR is increased from 450.44℃to 468.01℃,and the microstructure of the composites is sea-island structure.
