摘 要:综述了高压直流电缆用绝缘聚丙烯(PP)采用物理共混及化学改性时其结构、力学性能、电性能等方面的研究进展。机械拉伸会导致PP电荷积聚;接枝改性,添加抗氧剂、多环化合物、偶联剂改性及与其他高分子共混改性等均能有效抑制空间电荷,提高体积电阻率和直流击穿场强;添加无机氧化物纳米材料对PP复合材料的球晶尺寸、结晶温度、延展性、空间电荷行为和击穿场强有显著影响;无规共聚PP具有相对较好的热性能及显著高于交联聚乙烯(XLPE)的断裂伸长率和击穿场强,且其空间电荷行为远优于嵌段PP和XLPE。The research progress on the structure,mechanical properties and electrical properties of insulating polypropylene(PP)for high voltage direct current cable upgraded by physical blending and chemical modification is reviewed.Mechanical stretching of PP leads to charge accumulation.Graft modification,antioxidant addition,polycyclic compound and coupling agent modification and blending with other polymers can effectively inhibit the space charge,improve the volume resistivity and DC breakdown field strength.The addition of inorganic oxide nanomaterials exerts significant effects on the spherulite size,crystallization temperature,ductility,space charge behavior and breakdown field strength of PP composites.The thermal properties of random copolymerized PP are relatively excellent,whose elongation at break and breakdown field strength are significantly higher than those of cross linked polyethylene(XLPE),and whose space charge behavior is much better than that of block PP and XLPE.
