摘  要:采用酸醇溶液作为水解试剂,使用硅烷偶联剂对无机填料表面进行改性处理,研究改性SiO_(2)对PTFE/SiO_(2)复合材料介电性能、致密度、吸水性能、热膨胀性能的影响。研究结果表明:SiO_(2)经表面改性后,扫描电镜显示复合材料界面间结合紧密,在硅烷偶联剂改性SiO_(2)过程中加入适量的酸醇溶液,可以获得更加良好的改性效果,当酸醇溶液与偶联剂比例为1:3时,表面改性处理后的SiO_(2)陶瓷粉制备出的PTFE/SiO_(2)复合材料各项性能指标最佳,介电常数、损耗因子、密度、吸水率和CTE分别达到2.949、0.0012、2.182、0.04%和49×10^(-6)K^(-1)。This article uses acid alcohol solution as a hydrolysis reagent and uses silane coupling agent to modify the surface of inorganic fillers.The effect of modified SiO_(2)on the dielectric properties,density,water absorption,and thermal expansion of PTFE/SiO_(2)composite materials was studied.The research results indicate that after surface modification of SiO_(2),scanning electron microscopy shows that the interface of the composite material is tightly bonded;Adding an appropriate amount of acid alcohol solution during the modification of SiO_(2)with silane coupling agent can achieve better modification effects;When the ratio of acid alcohol solution to coupling agent is 1:3,the PTFE/SiO_(2)composite material prepared by surface modified SiO_(2)ceramic powder has the best performance indicators;The dielectric constant,loss factor,density,water absorption rate,and CTE reached 2.949,0.0012,2.182,0.04%,and 49×10^(-6)K^(-1),respectively.
