摘 要:通过单次试验实现不确定度A类评定的方法能够节省时间和成本,梳理阻力试验的采样和分析方法,以及不确定度的A类评定方法,从单次试验的采样时间序列出发,采用一种时间序列截断(time series truncation,TST)方法,提取不同计数周期的连续的时间序列,以此生成一系列的观测样本,据此进行单次试验的均值输出和不确定度的A类评定,并与重复性试验结果对比。结果表明,TST方法的不确定度A类评定结果与重复性试验方法近似,满足工程应用要求;适用于任意单次试验;可在试验过程中实时分析。通过应用TST方法,能够在单次阻力试验时,提升试验结果输出的稳定性。The method of achieving type A uncertainty estimate through a single-run experiment can save time and economic costs.The sampling and analysis methods of resistance tests and the type A uncertainty were summarized.Based on the time series of tests sampling,a time series truncation(TST)method was used to extract continuous time series of different counting periods,generating a series of observation samples.The mean output and type A uncertainty of the single-run test were conducted,and compared with the results of repeat tests.The results showed that the type A evaluation results of the TST method are of the same magnitude as the repeat tests,meeting the requirements for engineering applications.It is applicable to any single-run test.It can also be analyzed in real-time during the experiment.By applying the TST method,the accuracy and stability of the experimental results can be improved in single-run resistance test.
