摘 要:Antitrust regulation in the platform economy is riddled with numerous dilemmas. Both the European Union and the United States have introduced regulatory frameworks, termed the“gatekeeper”regime and the“covered platform”regime respectively, which impose specialized obligations directly on platforms distinguished by particular“identity”.Similarly,China is in the process of introducing an analogous regime. The shift from conduct regulation to identity regulation, while addressing some traditional regulatory dilemmas, may give rise to new issues.China currently lacks the practical experience and systematic groundwork to introduce identity regulation. In reality, conduct regulation and identity regulation should not be viewed as conflicting or mutually exclusive approaches, and each possesses its own comparative regulatory advantages.A continuous regulatory model can be constructed from identity regulation to conduct regulation, and such a model would realize an integration of antitrust regulation in the platform economy.
