摘 要:以大巴山隧道大断面通风斜井爆破施工为例,对爆破引起的振速进行现场监测,采用小波分解和HHT变换对爆破振动信号进行去噪,对邻近隧道在爆破荷载作用下的动力响应、爆破振动波传播规律、爆破振动能量和主频率等进行分析,优化爆破方案,以保证隧道安全。研究结果表明,邻近隧道质点峰值振速衰减速度大于通风斜井,且质点峰值振速超过了控制临界值,需对爆破方案进行优化;通风斜井和邻近隧道垂直振动响应最显著;随着通风斜井与邻近隧道距离的增加,爆破振动主频率逐渐减小,爆破振动不会引起结构共振;可利用小波分解与HHT变换进行爆破振动信号去噪,以有效反映隧道爆破振动特性。Taking the blasting construction of the large⁃section ventilation inclined shaft of the Dabashan Tunnel as an example,the vibration velocity caused by the blasting was monitored on site,the wavelet decomposition and HHT transform were used to denoise the blasting vibration signal,and the dynamic response,blasting vibration wave propagation law,blasting vibration energy and main frequency of the adjacent tunnels under the action of blasting load were analyzed.The blasting scheme was optimized to ensure the tunnel safety.The research results show that the attenuation rate of the peak vibration velocity of the adjacent tunnel is greater than that of the ventilation inclined shaft,and the peak vibration velocity of the particle exceeds the control critical value,so the blasting scheme needs to be optimized.The vertical vibration response of the ventilation inclined shaft and the adjacent tunnel is the most significant.With the increase of the distance between the ventilation inclined shaft and the adjacent tunnel,the main frequency of blasting vibration gradually decreases,and the blasting vibration will not cause structural resonance.Wavelet decomposition and HHT transform can be used to denoise the blasting vibration signal to effectively reflect the blasting vibration characteristics of the tunnel.
