摘  要:华彩·海口湾广场项目主体结构由A,B座塔楼和C,D座裙房组成,C座裙房屋面设有大跨度弯扭钢箱拱拉杆悬桥结构,并与A,B座塔楼相连。该悬桥结构具有造型新颖、主要构件多为弧形等特点,且形式较复杂,构件截面多变,施工难度大。根据悬桥结构形式、特点与现场实际情况,对施工重难点进行分析,并研究钢格栅、拱脚节点、内拱、水平拉杆与外拱、斜拉杆与弧形悬桥关键施工技术。通过施工模拟与过程控制相结合的方式,保证工程质量与安全,缩短工期并节约成本。The main structure of the Huacai Haikou Bay Plaza project consists of tower A and tower B,as well as podium C and podium D.The podium C is equipped with a large⁃span suspension bridge structure with flexural⁃torsional steel box arches and tie rods,which is connected to tower A and tower B.The suspension bridge structure has the characteristics of novel shape,mostly curved main components,complex form,with variable component cross⁃sections and high construction difficulty.Based on the structural form,characteristics and actual site conditions of the suspension bridge,the key and difficult points of construction are analyzed,and the key construction technologies of steel grating,arch foot nodes,inner arches,horizontal tie rods and outer arches,diagonal tie rods and the curved suspension bridge are studied.By combining construction simulation with process control,the quality and safety of the project are guaranteed,the construction period is shortened,and the cost is saved.
