摘  要:为解决地铁车站深基坑开挖支护工程作业面小、施工困难等难题,提出采用空心钢管混凝土支撑进行支护。推导并简化空心钢管混凝土组合强度计算公式,利用电液伺服压力机对构件进行横向加载试验,分析空心率和长细比对构件承载力的影响。采用有限元软件MIDAS GTS对西安某地铁车站基坑地表沉降和桩体变形进行仿真验算。研究结果表明,空心钢管混凝土支撑承载力显著高于空心钢管支撑承载力,且空心钢管混凝土支撑承载力随着空心率的减小逐渐增大,随着长细比的增大逐渐减小;相比于空心钢管支撑,采用空心钢管混凝土支撑后地表沉降和桩体变形均减小,有利于控制地表沉降和围护桩变形。In order to solve the problems of small working surface and difficult construction in deep foundation excavation and support engineering of subway station,hollow concrete-filled steel tube support is proposed.In this paper,the calculation formula of composite strength of hollow concrete-filled steel tube is deduced and simplified.The transverse loading test of components is carried out by electro-hydraulic servo press,and the influence of hollow ratio and slenderness ratio on the bearing capacity of components is analyzed.The finite element software MIDAS GTS is used to simulate and check the surface subsidence and pile deformation of a subway station foundation excavation in Xi’an.The results show that the bearing capacity of hollow concrete-filled steel tube brace is significantly higher than that of hollow steel tube brace.The bearing capacity of hollow concrete-filled steel tube support increases with the decrease of hollow ratio and decreases with the increase of slenderness ratio.Compared with the hollow steel tube support,the surface subsidence and pile deformation are reduced after the hollow steel tube concrete support,which is beneficial to control the surface subsidence and the deformation of the retaining pile.
