摘 要:基于快关型电动隔离阀在某电站工程应用中遇到的问题,分析了快关型电动隔离阀门的功能、原理和供电特点。基于厂用电系统电源配置,从电源切换、阀门使用工况等角度分析快关型电动隔离阀的初始配电设计方案存在的问题。对此类阀门的配电设计方案加以改进,给出配电及二次控制设计的要点,改进后的设计方案满足阀门的运行需求。最后针对配电设计中潜在的设计风险,提出通过数字化手段进行设计风险识别的可行方案,为配电可靠性的保证提供思路。Based on the problems encountered in the application of fast closing electric isolation valves in a certain power station engineering,this paper analyzes the functions,principles,and power supply characteristics of fast closing electric isolation valves.Based on the power configuration of the plant power system,analyze the problems in the initial distribution design scheme of the quick closing electric isolation valve from the perspectives of power switching and valve usage conditions.Improve the power distribution design scheme of this type of valve,provide the design points of power distribution and secondary control design,and the improved design scheme meets the operational requirements of the valve.Finally,a feasible solution for identifying design risks through digital means is proposed to address potential design risks in distribution design,providing ideas for ensuring distribution reliability.
