高职院校家政专业发展的现状与问题探讨

摘　　要：目前家政市场规模不断扩大,家政服务人才需求增加,国家和地方政策相继出台,高职院校家政专业迎来了新的机遇和发展,但同时也面临着发展困境,具体包括:专业定位与市场需求矛盾困境下的招生就业双难问题、专业定位特色不突出问题、专业建设基础薄弱导致专业人才培育难以实现高质量发展问题。针对上述问题,国内高职院校家政专业应学习借鉴国内外家政专业发展经验,并积极探索以“科研”为引领,以“科技”为内驱力的专业发展路径,促进国内高职院校家政专业高质量发展。Currently,the scale of the domestic service market is continuously expanding,leading to an increased demand for domestic service professionals.In response,national and local policies have been introduced,presenting new opportunities and development prospects for domestic service programs in higher vocational colleges.However,these programs also face challenges in their development.These challenges include difficulties in aligning program positioning with market demands,lack of distinctiveness in program features,weak foundation in program development,and the inability to cultivate high-quality professionals.In order to address these challenges,domestic vocational colleges offering domestic service programs should learn from both domestic and international experiences in the field.They should actively explore a development path guided by“research”and driven by“technology”to achieve high-quality development of domestic service programs in higher vocational colleges.
