摘 要:目的采用预处理后的废弃PET降解产物作为扩链剂,制备不释放甲醛、附着力强、耐久性好、具有一定力学性能的胶黏剂,以替代传统甲醛基胶黏剂。方法将废弃PET降解得到的低聚物多元醇进行洗脱预处理,再与异氰酸酯通过逐步聚合反应制得新型聚氨酯胶黏剂(PUa)。结果在低温/室温环境下,PUa对纸张、玻璃、木材等基材的黏附强度超过126 kPa;经过黏附-解黏附-黏附38次循环黏结后,仍保留至少39.2%的黏附性,具有优良的重复黏结性能。结论利用废弃PET制备的新型聚氨酯胶黏剂的热稳定性和黏结性能较好,环境适应性好,在轻质缓冲包装领域具有巨大的潜在应用价值。该研究可为塑料废弃物资源化利用提供高附加值的解决方案,还可以为缓解石油资源短缺和胶黏剂行业的可持续发展提供新的思路。The work aims to use waste PET degradation products after pretreatment as chain extender to prepare adhesives with no formaldehyde release,strong adhesion,good durability and certain mechanical properties to replace traditional formaldehyde-based adhesives.A new type of polyurethane adhesive(PUa)was synthesized by elution of oligomer polyol prepared by high efficiency degradation of waste PET,and then step polymerization reaction with isocyanate.At low temperature/room temperature,PUa had bonding properties,and the adhesion strength to paper,glass,wood and other substrates exceeded 126 kPa.After 38 cycles of adhesion-deadhesion-adhesion,it still retained at least 39.2%adhesion,and had excellent repeatable bonding properties.The new polyurethane adhesive made from waste PET has good thermal stability and bonding properties,good environmental adaptability,and has great potential application value in the field of lightweight buffer packaging.The research can provide high value-added solutions for the resource utilization of plastic waste,and can also provide new ideas for alleviating the shortage of oil resources and the sustainable development of the adhesive industry.
