摘 要:目的设计并实现一种应用于微血管调节功能评估的皮肤温度振荡分析系统。方法由便携式仪器和分析软件所组成的皮肤温度振荡分析系统采用局部热刺激方式诱导人体皮肤产生充血反应,实时采集充血反应前后的皮肤温度变化信号,并基于连续小波变换对皮肤温度振荡幅值进行分析,最终实现对皮肤微血管内皮、神经以及肌源性调节功能的评估。结果利用所研发系统开展的实验研究发现,施加40~41℃热刺激可明显增强皮肤温度波动强度,皮肤温度在内皮(0.0095~0.0200 Hz)、神经(0.02~0.05 Hz)以及肌源性(0.05~0.14 Hz)调节频段的波动幅值分别为无热刺激状态的2.20、4.28和2.77倍。结论本研究验证了热刺激条件下皮肤温度振荡幅值增强的特征,可用于量化分析皮肤微血管运动调节功能。本研究设计和开发的皮肤温度振荡分析系统可为微血管调节功能的评估提供一种有效工具。Objective To design and achieve a skin temperature oscillation analysis system for the evaluation of microvascular regulatory functions.Methods The local thermal stimulation was used by skin temperature oscillation analysis system,composed of portable instruments and analysis software to induce human skin to produce congestion reaction.The skin temperature change signals before and after congestion reaction were collected in real time,and the amplitude of skin temperature oscillation based on continuous wavelet transform was analyzed,and the evaluations of skin microvascular endothelial,nerve and myogenic regulatory functions were realized finally.Results Experimental studies using developed system found that thermal stimulation at 40-41℃significantly enhanced the intensity of skin temperature oscillations.Thefluctuation amplitude of skin temperature in the endothelium(0.0095-0.0200 Hz),neurogenic(0.02-0.05 Hz)and myogenic(0.05-0.14 Hz)frequency bands were 2.20,4.28 and 2.77 times of those without thermal stimulation,respectively.Conclusion This study verifies the enhanced amplitude of skin temperature oscillations under thermal stimulation conditions,which can be used to quantify the functions of skin microvascular movement regulation.The skin temperature oscillation analysis system designed and developed in this paper provides an effective tool for the evaluation of microvascular regulatory functions.
