摘  要:环介导等温扩增技术(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)自开发以来,以其操作简便、灵敏度高、特异性好、扩增效率高等优点得到广泛地研究,在细菌、病毒、寄生虫、转基因成分等检测和鉴定中发挥重要作用,检测样品涵盖食品、环境、医疗、动植物检疫鉴定领域。LAMP技术最大的优点之一是扩增产物分析方法简便快速、不需要特殊的设备,特别适合在基层检验机构和现场检验推广应用。随着分析方法的研究,LAMP技术与相关技术偶联,使得产物分析方法灵敏度大大提高,检测速度更快、更方便。该文对LAMP相关技术及LAMP扩增产物检测分析方法的研究进行比较与分析,以期为LAMP方法的应用和开发提供建议和方向。LAMP was widely researched since it was developed with its advantages as simplicity,high sensi-tivity,high specificity and amplification efficiency.It played an important role in the detection and identifica-tion of pathogen,virus,parasitosis and genetically modified organisms.The samples were involved in the food,environment,medicine,animal and plant quarantine.One of the greatest advantages was the simple and rapid analysis method of amplicon,which was independent of special instruments.Moreover,LAMP was used in the basic laboratories and field analysis.With the research of analysis methods,LAMP was coupled with other related technologies,which greatly improved the sensitivity and made the detection faster and more convenient.The research about the LAMP technology and its amplification products detection methods was compared and analyzed in this paper,aiming to provide some advices for the development and use of LAMP methods.
