基于POI数据的运河带土地利用功能识别与评价

摘  要:对京杭大运河沿岸土地利用功能进行识别,解析复杂的城市内部建成结构,为运河带周边国土资源开发利用、环境保护等提供支持。以京杭大运河“苏锡常镇扬”段为研究区域,通过TF-IDF算法对POI进行赋权,对比不同区域的IDF值分析土地利用功能的不同分布模式,识别运河带土地利用功能,并基于土地利用混合度结果进行热点分析,对该地区的土地利用功能和复杂程度进行深入探究。结果表明:“苏锡常镇扬”各类POI的IDF值从2008年到2018年呈现下降趋势,“苏锡常”和“扬镇”的IDF值明显不同,土地单一功能区增长3.53%,混合功能区增长8.47%,大运河“苏锡常”段的土地利用复杂程度和集聚程度均高于“扬镇”段。说明各类POI在空间分布上更加分散,城市发展之间存在明显差异,各类土地利用功能日益集聚、具有逐渐复杂化和综合化的趋势。通过高精度、长时期的土地利用功能识别和变化分析,可以为京杭大运河沿岸的城市规划、环境建设以及经济、生态、社会可持续发展提供重要支撑。The land use functions along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal can be identified to provide support for the development and utilization of land resources and environmental protection in the vicinity of the canal.This study focuses on the“Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou”section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.The TF-IDF algorithm is used to weight the points of interest(POI)and compare the IDF values of different regions.The analysis of different distribution patterns of land use functions is conducted to identify the land use functions along the canal.Furthermore,hotspot analysis is performed based on the results of land use diversity to explore the land use functions and complexity in this area in depth.The results indicate that the IDF values of various POIs in the“Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou”region have shown a decreasing trend from 2008 to 2018.The IDF values of“Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou”and“Yangzhou-Zhenjiang”are significantly different.The area with a single land use function has increased by 3.53%,while the area with mixed land use functions has increased by 8.47%.The complexity and agglomeration of land use along the“Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou”section of the Grand Canal are higher than that of the“Yangzhou-Zhenjiang”section.This suggests that the various POIs are more dispersed in their spatial distribution,and there are significant differences in urban development.However,the different land use functions are gradually becoming more agglomerated and complex.Through highprecision and long-term identification and analysis of the land use functions,important support can be provided for urban planning,environmental construction,and the sustainable development of the economy,ecology,and society along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.
