摘  要:静电放电是导致电子产品出现功能异常乃至失效的一个重要因素。约10%的概率会导致电子产品即时失效,90%的概率会成为隐患,严重影响产品的可靠运行。为避免电子产品受到静电损伤,从电子产品的生产过程、研发设计两大方面给出了可降低电子产品静电危害的措施以及防静电干扰的方法。首先介绍静电原理以及传导的方式,说明静电聚集到电子产品上的原因;随后给出了静电产生的主要因素,详细阐述了电子产品生产过程中和使用过程中静电生成的主要因素,案例分析了静电危害以及后果。最后提出了从设计、生产到使用阶段相应的预防、控制及设计防护措施。为电子产品从生产、设计到使用过程的静电防护提供参考。Electrostatic discharge(ESD)is an important factor leading to malfunction or even failure of electronic products.About 10%of the probability will cause instant failure of electronic products,and 90%of the probability will become a hidden danger,seriously affecting the operation reliability of the product.In order to prevent electronic products from being damaged by static electricity,measures to reduce the harm of static electricity to electronic products and methods to prevent electrostatic interference are given from the production process,R&D and design of electronic products.First,the principle of static electricity and the mode of conduction are introduced,and the reasons why static electricity accumulates on electronic products are explained.Then the main factors of static electricity generation are given,and the main factors of static electricity generation during the production and use of electronic products are elaborated.Cases are given to analyze static electricity hazards and consequences.Finally,corresponding prevention,control and design protection measures from the design,production to use of products are proposed.The paper provides reference for electrostatic protection of electronic products from production,design to use.
