摘  要:研究了润滑油在核电汽轮机润滑油箱内的流动特性,以加深对润滑油系统润滑油运行的理解。采用CFX软件对典型百万千瓦等级核电汽轮机润滑油箱内润滑油流动进行数值模拟,得到润滑油箱内润滑油流动压力、速度和润滑油在油箱中的滞留时间。数值模拟结果表明润滑油流线为规则的S形流动,在两隔板间的端部区域易形成回流漩涡。润滑油箱内润滑油压力整体分布均匀,流动特性良好。润滑油在隔板间中心和折流区域流速较高,在边缘区域流速相对平缓。计算得到润滑油在润滑油箱内的滞留时间为355 s,其值大于润滑油的空气释放值指标,从而保证了润滑油中雾沫空气在润滑油箱内的顺利释放。分析结果有利于对润滑油箱内润滑油流动特性的进一步探索,具备借鉴指导意义。The flow characteristics of lubricating oil in the oil tank of nuclear power turbine are studied to better understand the oil operation of lubricating oil system deeply.CFX Software is used to numerically simulate the flow of lubricating oil in a typical oil tank of 1000 MW nuclear power steam turbine,and the pressure,velocity and residence time of lubricating oil in the oil tank are obtained.The numerical simulation results show that the streamline of the lubricating oil is a regular S-shaped,and it is easy to form a backflow vortex at the end of two diaphragms.The overall pressure distribution of lubricating oil is uniform and the flow characteristics are good in the lubricating oil tank.The flow rate of the lubricating oil is higher in the center and baffle area between the diaphragms,and relatively flat in the edge area.It is calculated that the residence time of lubricating oil in lubricating oil tank is 355 s,greater than the air release value of lubricating oil,which ensures the smooth release of fog air in lubricating oil.The relevant research is conducive to further exploration of lubricating oil flow characteristics and has reference significance.
