摘　　要：根据化学机械浆磨浆蒸汽余热回收技术需求,结合蒸发系统的技术研发和应用经验,研制了ZFQ系列再沸器及配套的冷凝器、热交换器等设备。该系统设备已投产应用于国内多家制浆造纸企业,二次蒸汽产量达35和50 t/h,设备运行平稳可靠,达到预期设计目标。According to the technical requirements of steam heat recovery for chemi-mechanical pulp grinding,combined with the technology research and experience of application of evaporation system,the ZFQ series of reboilers and supporting condensers,heat exchangers,and other equipments were developed.The series of equipments had been put into operation and applied to many domestic pulp and paper enterprises,and the secondary steam output could reached 35 and 50 t/h,and the equipment run stably and reliably,reaching the expected design goal.
