摘  要:花药离体培养培育的植株是纯合体,可以在早世代选出所期望的性状并稳定遗传,使育种年限降低。花药离体培养操作过程中,消毒处理很重要。试验选用不同消毒液对F_(1)代植株进行处理,结果表明:84消毒液和新洁尔灭都对F_(1)代植株起到了一定的消毒作用,花药污染率分别为6.67%和7.78%,愈伤诱导率超过50%,均正常分化出绿苗。The plants cultivated by anther in vitro culture are homozygotes,which can select the desired traits in early generation and inherit them stably,thus reducing the breeding life.Disinfection is very important in the process of anther culture in vitro.In the experiment,different disinfectants were used to treat F_(1) generation plants.The results showed that both the 84 disinfectant and the Xinjieermie had certain disinfection effect on F_(1) generation plants,the anther contamination rate was 6.67%and 7.78%respectively,the callus induction rate was more than 50%,and green seedlings were differentiated normally.
