软组织内不同解剖层次结节性筋膜炎超声诊断

摘　　要：目的:分析超声在软组织不同解剖层次结节性筋膜炎中的辅助诊断价值。方法:以我院2017年2月-2023年4月期间接诊的46例结节性筋膜炎患者为研究对象,所有患者均实施超声检查,且有病理诊断资料,回顾性分析所有患者的超声与病理诊断资料。结果:46例患者中包括36例浅筋膜层结节性筋膜炎、10例肌层内结节性筋膜炎;超声对软组织不同解剖层次结节性筋膜炎的整体准确度为86.95%(40/46),且浅筋膜层结节性筋膜炎患者超声诊断准确率高于肌层内结节性筋膜炎超声诊断准确率,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);浅筋膜层结节性筋膜炎患者病灶小于肌层内结节性筋膜炎,同时形态规则率、无血流信号情况占比更高,数据分析有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声在软组织内不同解剖层次结节性筋膜炎诊断与鉴别方面有重要的参考价值,可作为重要的辅助诊断方法之一。Objective:To analyze the auxiliary diagnostic value of ultrasound in nodular fasciitis at different anatomical levels of soft tissue.Methods:A total of 46 patients with nodular fasciitis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent ultrasound examination and had pathological diagnostic data.The ultrasound and pathological diagnostic data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among the 46 patients,there were 36 cases of superficial fascial nodular fasciitis and 10 cases of intramuscular nodular fasciitis.The overall accuracy of ultrasound in diagnosing nodular fasciitis at different anatomical levels of soft tissue was 86.95%(40/46),and the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis in patients with superficial fascial nodular fasciitis was higher than that in patients with intramuscular nodular fasciitis,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Patients with superficial fascial nodular fasciitis had smaller lesions than those with intramuscular nodular fasciitis,and had a higher proportion of regular morphology and no blood flow signal.Data analysis showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound has important reference value in the diagnosis and differentiation of nodular fasciitis at different anatomical levels in soft tissue,and can be used as one of the important auxiliary diagnostic methods.
