摘  要:为提升涂层混凝土在紫外线照射下的抗碳化性能,通过引入不同掺量金红石型纳米TiO_(2)对水泥基结晶涂层和聚氨酯涂层进行改性。结果表明:紫外线照射一定程度上会削弱涂层混凝土的抗碳化性能;使用纳米TiO_(2)改性后,两种涂层混凝土在紫外线照射下的抗碳化性能均得到了不同程度的提升,随着纳米TiO_(2)掺量的增加,两种涂层混凝土抗碳化性能均呈现先提升后降低的趋势,其中水泥基结晶涂层中纳米TiO_(2)最优掺量为2%,聚氨酯涂层中纳米TiO_(2)最优掺量为1%~2%,紫外线照射下纳米TiO_(2)对聚氨酯涂层混凝土抗碳化性能的提升最为明显。In order to improve the carbonation resistance of coated concrete under ultraviolet irradiation,the cement-based crystalline coating and polyurethane coating were modified by introducing different amounts of rutile nano-TiO_(2).The rapid carbonation test results show that ul-traviolet radiation will weaken the carbonation resistance of the coated concrete to a certain extent.With the increase of nano-TiO_(2) content,the anti-carbonation performance of the two coated concretes under ultraviolet radiation has been improved to varying degrees,and with the increase of nano-TiO_(2) content,the anti-carbonation performance shows a trend of first improving and then decreasing,among which the opti-mal content of nano-TiO_(2) in cement-based crystalline coating is 2%,the optimal content of nano-TiO_(2) in polyurethane coating is 1%-2%,and the anti-carbonation performance of polyurethane coating is most obvious under ultraviolet light.The results of this paper can provide en-gineering guidance for the improvement of concrete coatings in service under ultraviolet environment.
