摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱法测定对乙酰氨基酚片中硫脲的含量。样品用流动相提取后,用Shim-pack GIST C8色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,以磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇(体积比为90∶10)为流动相,等度洗脱,流量为0.5 mL/min,柱温为40℃,检测波长为236 nm,进样体积为10μL。硫脲的质量浓度在0.102~10.205μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9,方法检出限为3.4μg/g,定量限为8.5μg/g。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.8%(n=6),加标平均回收率为99.3%。该方法处理简便,检测高效,灵敏度高。A high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the determination of thiourea in Paracetamol Tablets.After extracted with mobile phase,the sample was separated by Shim-pack GIST C8 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).Phosphate buffer-methanol(volume ratio was 90∶10)was used as mobile phase with equal elution,and the flow rate was 0.5 mL/min.The column temperature was 40℃.The detection wavelength was 236 nm.The volume injection was 10μL.The mass concentration of thiourea had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.102-10.205μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The detection limit of the method was 3.4μg/g,and the quantitative limit was 8.5μg/g.The relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.8%(n=6),and the average recovery was 99.3%.The method is simple,efficient and sensitive.
