摘  要:对阴离子交换膜(AEM)进行分子结构设计,制备出满足AEM水电解技术需求的高碱稳定性、高电导率的AEM。通过超强酸催化反应制备出具有高碱稳定性的聚(靛红-联苯)(PBPIN)主链;门秀金反应制备出含有高碱稳定性阳离子(哌啶阳离子)以及烷基间隔基的侧链(6C-Pip);门秀金反应将6C-Pip侧链接枝到PBPIN中制备出PBPIN-6CPip膜。为了验证PBPIN-6C-Pip膜的高碱稳定性以及高电导率,对其在高温KOH溶液中进行了碱稳定性测试,PBPIN-6C-Pip膜在80℃、1 M KOH溶液中浸泡900 h后离子交换容量保留率高达97.02%;对其进行了电导率测试以及透射电子显微镜表征,PBPIN-6C-Pip膜在80℃的纯水中电导率可达88.2 mS/cm,同时具有良好的微相分离结构。对AEM电解槽运行参数(KOH溶液浓度、温度、循环方式)进行了系统地研究后,在最优运行参数下(80℃、2 M KOH,2.0 V),对PBPIN-6C-Pip膜进行了水电解性能测试,电流密度可达1.20 A/cm^(2),在此电流密度下运行700 h后电解槽的电流衰减率仅为0.16 mA/(cm^(2)·h)。通过制备出含有高碱稳定性阳离子与无氧主链的侧链型AEM,验证了无氧主链与侧链结构在AEM碱稳定性与电导率提升方面的潜力,为后续研究提供了实验基础。Anion exchange membrane(AEM)with high alkali stability and high conductivity which can meets the requirements of AEM water electrolysis technology was prepared by designing the molecular structure of AEM.Poly(isatin-biphenyl)(PBPIN)main chains with high alkaline stability through super acid catalytic reactions were prepared.Side chains(6C-Pip)with highly alkaline stable cations(piperidine cations)and alkyl spacer groups were prepared using Menshutkin reaction.PBPIN-6C-Pip membrane was prepared by using Menshutkin reaction branched 6C-Pip side link into PBPIN.In order to verify the high alkaline stability and high conductivity of PBPIN-6C-Pip membrane,alkaline stability tests in high-temperature KOH solution were conducted.After soaking PBPIN-6C-Pip membrane in 80℃ and 1 M KOH solution for 900 h,the ion exchange capacity retention rate reach 97.02%.The conductivity of PBPIN-6C-Pip membrane was tested and characterized by transmission electron microscope.The conductivity of PBPIN-6C-Pip membrane can reach 88.2 mS/cm in pure water at 80℃,and it also has a good microphase separation structure.After systematically studying the operating parameters(KOH solution concentration,temperature,and circulation mode)of the AEM electrolyzer,water electrolysis performance tests on PBPIN-6C-Pip membrane under the optimal operating parameters(80℃,2 M KOH,2.0 V)were conducted.The electrical density reach 1.20 A/cm^(2),and the current attenuation rate of the electrolytic cell after 700 h of operation at this current density is only 0.16 mA/(cm^(2)·h).This work verifies the potential of oxygen-free main chain and side chain structures in improving the alkali stability and conductivity of AEM by preparing side chain AEMs containing highly alkaline stable cations and oxygen-free main chains,providing an experimental basis for subsequent research.
