摘 要:螺压设备作为高分子聚合物混炼塑化、加工成型的常用设备之一,可以实现管、板、片、膜等产品的生产。停留时间是反映螺压设备性能和产品质量的重要参数,如何准确评估物料在设备中的停留时间及停留时间分布成为工业界和科研界的研究重点之一。实验和模拟仿真是目前评估螺压设备中物料停留时间最常用的两种方法,基于这两种方法概述了近年来国内外学者围绕该问题取得的研究成果,分析总结了各种方法优缺点,展望了螺压加工停留时间评估方法的未来发展方向。As one of the commonly used equipment for polymer mixing,plasticization and processing,screw pressing equipment can achieve the production of products such as tubes,plates,sheets,and films.Residence time is an important parameter reflecting the performance and product quality of screw pressing equipment.Accurately evaluating the residence time and residence time distribution of materials in the equipment has become one of the research focuses in the industry and scientific research community.Experiments and simulation are currently the two most commonly used methods for evaluating the residence time of materials in screw pressing equipment.Based on these two methods,the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on this issue in recent years were summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were analyzed and summarized,and the future development direction of screw pressing processing residence time evaluation methods was looked forward.
