《资本论》视域下的数字资本探析:缘起、内涵及治理思路

摘　　要：本文从《资本论》的理论视域出发探讨数字资本,并得出以下结论:数字资本的形成与生产方式数字化转型密切相关,数据帮助数字资本实现了流动与积累;数字资本通过数字劳动实现不断自我增殖;数字资本兼具“文明”和“野蛮”的两重性;正视数字资本的两重性,从引导数字资本有序投入发展周期较长的高新技术产业、鼓励数字资本积极开拓新产业以促进社会就业增长、设置资本红灯以有效规范数字资本发展等路径来进行数字资本的治理。This paper explores digital capital from the research perspective of"Das Kapital"and arrives at the following conclusions:The formation of digital capital is closely related to the digital transformation of the mode of production,with data enabling the flow and accumulation of digital capital;Digital capital continuously self-accumulates through digital labor;Digital capital has a dual nature of"civilization"and"barbarity";Facing the dual nature of digital capital,the governance of digital capital can be carried out through pathways such as guiding the orderly investment of digital capital in high-tech digital industries with longer development cycles,encouraging digital capital to actively explore new industries to promote social employment growth,and setting red lights for capital to effectively regulate the development of digital capital.
