摘　　要：做好历史文化保护传承工作,不仅是建设文化强国、坚定文化自信的重要体现,而且是改善民生、激发经济活力的重要抓手。历史文化保护工作需长期运营,建设和投资回收周期长、投资需求量大,但同时资金来源严重不足。在这一背景下,对于巨大的资金缺口,未来引入兼具政治性、长期性和引导性的政策性金融资金支持成为必然。分析历史文化名城保护项目特点和资金来源,解读政策性金融支持城乡历史文化保护工作优势、途径,以苏州为例,提出政策性金融支持名城保护工作的有效投融资路径设计。The protection of historical and cultural heritage is a manifestation of building a strong cultural country and strengthening cultural confidence.It is also an important lever to improve people's livelihoods and stimulate economic vitality.Due to the long-term operation and long construction and investment recovery cycles required for historical and cultural protection work,there is a serious shortage of funding sources.Therefore,it is inevitable to introduce policy financial funding support in the future.This article analyzes the characteristics and funding sources of historical and cultural city protection projects.It interprets the advantages and approaches of policy-based financial support for the protection of urban and rural historical and cultural heritage.Taking Suzhou as an example,it proposes an effective investment and financing path design of policybasedd financial support for famous city protection projects.
